A broad interdisciplinary exchange of opinions, experiences, and research results on current issues related to the collection, aggregation, and analytical processing of big data in various areas of public and social life.
WORKING LANGUAGES
Russian, English. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to decide on an additional working language for the Forum or individual events held within its framework.
PARTICIPATION FORMAT
The conference will be held in person and remotely (online, a link will be sent to registered participants 2-3 days before the start of the conference). There is no registration fee for participation in the conference. Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs in Novosibirsk. Following the conference, an electronic collection of materials will be published in the National Electronic Library (NEL) and indexed in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).
Following the conference, a collection of articles by Forum participants will be published.
Q&A
No, student papers are not accepted for publication. Master's students' papers may be accepted for publication, but only by decision of the conference organizing committee.
An article will not be published if:
it is formatted in violation of the requirements (see appendix);
it contains unauthorized plagiarism;
it has not been proofread by the authors (contains errors).
Yes, but only as an exception - the decision remains with the conference organizing committee.
Articles are accepted until March 16, 2026.
